1. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full settlement of agreed project deliverables, clients retain full ownership of custom software source code, assets, and design specifications developed for them, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a master service contract.

2. Trademark & Legal Strategic Guidance

ZENVYQ Technologies provides technology strategy and strategic brand guidance. Any legal advice, trademark registrations, or patent filings are conducted through or referred to accredited legal professionals and IP counsel.

3. Limitation of Liability

ZENVYQ Technologies strives for 99.9% system availability and bulletproof code quality. In no event shall ZENVYQ Technologies be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of third-party hosting outages or client content modifications.
